What is a developmental edit?

You'll need a developmental edit if you're concerned about any of the following:

Plot & Story

If there's something not quite coming together with the story or if there are too many plots and subplots and you're not sure what to cut.

Character Consistency

Are your characters not behaving? Do they come across as not liking each other when they should or vice versa?

Pacing

If you've been given feedback that your story is reading too slow or is feeling rushed.
